Here in the uk people use the word "baltic" to mean cold. It gets annoying. They also have a tendency to use the expression "fair enough" that also gets rather tiring.

The word and concept of "Selfie".

This! And some other phrases, stuff:

- "It will be better" (yeah, right)
- "See you", "I will call you" (only if I need you)
- "Economic crisis" (daily menu since 2007)
- "Common sense" (follow like the sheep)
- "A better future" (which never comes, I want a better today, man)

I hear people using it incorrectly all the time.
People seem to just kind of use it as a word for anything that they don't like or understand.

People who starts their sentence with "listen"

And in French, people who uses the word "particulier" (particular) or "special" to talk about something they find weird and/or dislike, but don't want to appear close-minded.

"The end is near" and also "bae" are frustrating. If someone ever calls me bae, they will immediately lose my interest.
