ok they've gone now.. that was really weird. couldn't his family just wait in the car? why bring your wife and kids in? I don't know this person, its the first time they have come over to look at doing any work.

Maybe they were thinking of sticking one of their family members where the leak was and that would solve it

I want to see 70's music make a comeback...and I mean in a BIG way...popular music these days seems to consist mainly of rap, electronic music, and anything you can record cheap, quick, and easy in a garage with your laptop.

I like the style that Lana Del Rey has (kind of a retro 60's/70's kind of style) but Im not really a big fan of her music...except for that one song from The Great Gatsby....it would be cool to hear her do a cover of Stairway to heaven.

Why do they make men's underwear smaller and smaller each passing month? I'm really short and skinny, I wear XS whenever I can find it (it's rare, stores only have S and above 95% of the time), and I wear a belt on my pants as well, even though the pants are the smallest waist size I can find.

But for underwear, I just bought a L/XL size and it is incredibly more comfortable than the M sizes I bought a few months ago which I can't wear because they're too tight where it matters, forcing me to wear them really low which feels terrible when you wear a belt. And the funny thing is, if I compare the L/XL ones to a similar S size I bought two years ago from the same brand, they're pretty much the same.
Now if a little guy like me has to wear L/XL sizes, I wonder what the other guys wear. This L/XL fits perfectly everywhere, even on my butt (which usually ends up with way too much cloth), so it probably works like a thong to guys who should actually be wearing that size.

I just came back from the hospital and, all things considered, he was very lucky.

He's confused and has a lot of trouble phrasing what he wants to say, his vision is also impaired (right now). How subjective these things will be to change further down the road has to be seen. His brain took quite a bit of damage. Only time will tell how much he'll recover.

But ultimately, he was lucky it didn't kill him. He's an international bus driver and was actually driving when it started to occur. His employer actually urged him to KEEP driving regardless of his objections. He just as easily could've killed himself and the passengers.

I also learned that apparently this runs in the family, so my siblings and I are at risk too. Which is alarming to say the least, because I've had a headache for literally the past twenty years without it ever fully stopping. That doesn't bode well for my brain's general plumbing.

I'm becoming mute. I don't talk much anymore. I almost never post anything online. I don't try to make friends. I just don't see any point anymore. There's too much in the way keeping me from reciprocating. I'm constantly stuck on myself and my problems. I just can't seem to fix myself.

I have similar issues too. I think it's just that different brands and stores set different standards on size. I really wish there was a lot more consistency. Also, I will never wear small size underwear ever again for those very reasons you listed. It's like a gradual and slow kick in the balls.

I'm glad my younger sister is old enough now that I don't have to censor myself around her as much. If I slip and say a curse word or something "mature" and apologize she tells me "Eh I don't care, my friends say blah blah blah all the time, I'm used to it" O__O

Just read a tweet comparing bringing an uncircumcised guy home to the up close alien/Ripley scene from Alien. These are exactly the kind of petty judgements that have kept me from traditional dating.

Other methods may bare less fruit - but at least you'll be spared these sort of people.

But, um, aren't European guys... not circumcised? I thought that was just an American/Jewish/Muslim thing. Don't tell me American porn is having some kind of influence in that department. Not a good thing.

Edit: I may have misunderstood... maybe o_O

I'm by no means an expert, as I've had little experience, but typically I believe so. But it's not specifically about this judgement, it was just one that reminded me because it's in a similar petty nature as ones that exist here.

Like for example someone missing a leg, someone speaking a certain way, liking certain things the other don't, ect. Generally little things being blown into huge deals. It all just seems a little childish to me.

What I mean is more is that I'd consider it a waste of time to sit down time after time again with people that exhibit this sort of needlessly picky behaviour.

A chestburster probably wouldn't be that big of a deal once things got hot and heavy, now a facehugger... that's a different story.

Okay, I thought you might have just meant something like that in general. Well I'm glad I was wrong about what I said - Americans are idiots in that regard (and yeah other things but NOT THE POINT haha)

I've just finished an Input Deprivation Week.

It was interesting, some things I missed lot, some I just didn't care about.

My bedroom and office is clean from top to bottom and my laptop went through some very necessary admin.

It is something I would recommend for anybody who feel he spend too much time online.

I missed this place.
