I once visited Belgium and was in chocolate heaven! The absolute finest there is!!!
Absolutely! We have Belgian chocolate here, but I would love to go to Belgium and experience the authentic taste. :) I'm jealous that you got to go.

My ex and I visited Canberra a couple of months ago and we went to a chocolate cafe. We got a chocolate drink and an assortment of Belgian chocolates on a platter, such as mousse and ice-cream. One of the sugariest $25 we ever spent, but it was absolutely phenomenal. We didn't even finish it all because it was so rich (and we just had lunch). :)

Canberra sounds like my kind of place! Hope you do get to visit Belgium someday and bask in the chocolatey goodness! Who needs fluoxetine when there's Neuhaus! ::p:

Haha, no, Canberra is kind of boring. We went there for a rugby match back in June. :)

Ah well, all the better because I'd need a seriously heavy dose of valium to be able to withstand the flight from the US to Australia! I get a panic attack just thinking about being stuffed in a plane for that long!

There's more interesting places to visit in Australia (Shellharbour! :D). Although, yes, our isolation means flights are long, stuffy, and expensive. Damn you, tectonic plates!

Don't get involved in YouTube discussions. What a bunch of self-righteous, stubborn, ungrateful, judgmental bunch they are. Seriously.

Oh yes. And annoyingly childish at that. If I see one more "28 dislikes must be Justin Bieber fans" or "so and so brought me here" or "this person sung this song better," I will scream. For a couple of months, I was actually getting into YT discussions, but I've found it's not worth it. There are far more intelligent people on here to get into arguments with. ;) And for the love of all that is holy, never say anything bad about Katy Perry on YT. Her fans are like hammerhead sharks. I found that out the hard way. :D

Re: Pass your random thoughts/feelings etc

The only good thing about christmas shopping is that it makes it feasible to comfortably browse in shops that you wouldn't normaly wander in to

Are you "lingerie shopping" for your "wife" again? ::p:

It's amazing how many people are like this... disgusting. Most aren't though, and that's something we gotta realize. There are tons of trolls/haters but there are tons more of better people :)

You're right, it's certainly not worth it. It's way more anonymous there than it is here, because YouTube covers the entire world, while places such as SPW cater for a smaller group of people. The arguments I see on there are immature and laden with expletives.

There used to be an option to hide the comments section but they've taken that away now. It's unfortunate because I can't stand to look at them anymore.

Oh, no. ::(: What did they say?

I have a crush on a guy i work with and we went out for drinks the other night just as friends. One of the guys found out and was saying rude things to both of us like "use protection" and stupid things like that. I blushed and walked away as he commented on me blushing. I'm pretty sure the guy I like is annoyed by the situation and is avoiding me. And I avoided everyone because I was so embarrassed. So much for trying to make friends, especially if they're just going to treat you like s***.

Why would the guy you like avoid you for that? Is he embarrassed at what they said? He should've stuck up for you.

I can imagine how embarrassing that must've been for you. Sorry you had to go through that.

That's unfortunate that an opportunity like that for you would be ruined because some people can't keep their rude comments to themselves. If I was in the same situation as you, I would be pissed off and rip the other co-worker a new one. Not only was he being inappropriate, but seriously, what goes on in the private lives of everyone else at work is none of his business.

LOL! I just got a Christmas card from the man I pay to mow my lawn.
The only Christmas cards I have gotten for the past 6 Christmas have been from him!
How sad is that!?::p::rolleyes:

I don't get that many and I don't see the point.

With that said, I'll gladly send you one if you like. :)
