There was a group and it's sort of still there but no one talks in it anymore.

Also, skype doesn't have to be something you talk with voices on. You can use it as a chat room too. I personally never talked on the voice chat part of it. But it's fine for regular chatting. So if anyone wants to start up another group and wants to join, there's no need to be scared of being overheard.
